Start in the centre of Capinota. The villa is a few blocks from the main square: an easy outing to discover village life and return at your own pace.
On Sundays, ask about the local market. Check the opening hours of places you wish to visit.
Valley flavours

Capinota is known for guarapo. Local dishes include tomatada de pescado and lambreado.
Ask about today's options and local producers. If you will drink alcohol, arrange the return trip with a driver who will not drink.
Farmland scenery
Walk and take in the view.
Farmland and valley paths invite you to observe the surroundings. Choose public paths and arrange any visits to private plots with their owners.
Before visiting the river, ask about access and current conditions. Avoid riverbeds and crossings during rain or rising water; it is not offered here as a swimming area.

Corral Mayu.
A reservoir surrounded by vegetation, walks and rock formations is documented in the community of Marcavi.
This outing requires checking access, road conditions and local assistance. It is not presented as a walk from the villa or an activity included in the stay.
