1. Parking
Approximate parking capacity: six SUVs or saloon cars. Heavy vehicles and vehicles over 2.80 metres high are not permitted.

These rules form part of the property's conditions of use. They help protect the spaces and keep everyone's visit enjoyable.
Updated arrival times: check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Day hire: 09:00–21:00, with exceptions agreed in advance.
2. Restricted areas
The machine room, gardening room, storeroom and dressing room are operational areas. Do not enter or handle pumps, filters or technical equipment. Ask the administrator about anything you need.
3. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. It is allowed in gardens, covered outdoor areas, the barbecue area, porches and firepit area, with care for cigarette ends and lit items. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a USD 100 charge, plus applicable damage repair or replacement costs.
4. Parties and events
Gatherings must respect the conditions of the booked stay. Celebrations and activities involving more than 12 people are event rentals and need coordination, authorisation and a specific quote based on attendance, duration and services.
5. Visitors
Only people previously declared and agreed in the booking may remain at the property. Additional visitors need prior approval from the administrator.
6. Noise and neighbours
Loud music outdoors is permitted until 00:00. Afterwards, lower the volume to avoid disturbing neighbours. Indoors there is no specific time limit, provided noise does not affect outside areas.
7. Laundry
For longer stays, guests may use the washing machine and dryer, with one load per booked day as a guideline. Respect the machines' capacity and use suitable commercial products. Damage from improper use can incur repair or replacement charges.
8. Eating areas
Please avoid eating in bedrooms or on beds, sofas and fabrics. Guests are responsible for stains or damage requiring special cleaning or replacement.
9. Barbecue area
Use furniture and utensils safely. Avoid glasses, bottles and other glass items near the pool. Put rubbish in the area's bin when you finish.
10. Rubbish
Put rubbish in the designated bins. Do not leave litter in gardens, bedrooms, shared areas or around the pool.
11. Pool
Available to guests 24 hours a day within their booking. Use the outdoor shower first and avoid body oils. Approximate depth: 1.30 m. Children and anyone needing extra care must be supervised by a responsible adult; flotation aids are recommended where appropriate.
12. Pets
Pets are welcome. Owners must protect gardens, plants, furniture and fabrics, and cover repair, replacement or special cleaning for damage caused by their pets.
13. Damage and replacements
Guests are responsible for damage, breakages, loss or deterioration caused by improper use. Inventory and manual prices apply; where no price is specified, the repair or replacement cost will be communicated and charged additionally at check-out.
14. Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00 unless expressly agreed otherwise. The general departure inspection can take about 30 minutes; allow time for it in your plans.

16. Failure to comply
Depending on the nature and severity, failure to comply may result in cleaning, repair or replacement charges, expressly stated penalties, early termination and removal, and reports to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
